And finally, we show through the process in course and empiricalstudies the most significant problems faced by new firms, as well as other empiricalstudies that illustrate the potential of research in this field.Este artículo describe el proceso de creación de una nueva empresa asícomo los problemas que más a menudo se presentan al intentar lograrlo.Para hacerlo, éste ha sido dividido en tres partes. La primera es introductoriay con una mirada a través de los trabajos preliminares de investigaciónse presentan algunas consideraciones teóricas y ciertas palabras claves. Lasegunda parte está relacionada con el proceso de arranque, puntualizandolas actividades involucradas en la creación de una nueva firma.
