It is purpose of this work to analyze the normative of this contract about contractual interpretation and their impact in the system of the Cuban Civil Code, besides of take for the economics and mercantile rules.La percepción de que las reglas de la hermenéutica contractual eran consideradas máximas de la experiencia, en el Ordenamiento Jurídico Cubano, ha cambiado luego de la promulgación del Decreto Ley No.263/2008. Al reconocer un sistema especial de interpretación para el contrato de seguro, la norma inicia un nuevo sendero en el modo de comprender este aspecto en el cumplimiento y ejecución de los contratos en nuestras fronteras.
