Summary:The following article summarizes the outcome of the research that took placein the city of Barranquilla during the years 2004 and 2005. The objective wasto systematize an existing model of entrepreneurial attitude already experimentedin children and introduce its application within a group of young adults inBarranquilla. This document includes a review of each and every step that ledto the creation of the model analyzing the effects that it causes on people. Generalconclusions and recommendations for its possible implementation in other educationinstitutions of the country are presented in order to foster entrepreneurial spirit.An analysis if the role played by Neuro-lingual Programming as a fundamentaltool for the model application, and which is considered cutting edge for its roleas a motivating, dynamizing and catalytic agent of the process results. Anotheraspect of this article is the comments on the results obtained when the model wasimplemented to a series of students members of the program “Academic Success “students that during an established period of time reached amazing results discussedon this document.
