description Una empresa colombiana dedicada al servicio de transporte terrestre de pasajeros y carga, actualmente en su gestión de mantenimiento preventivo cuenta con la etapa de diligenciamiento manual del formato Protocolo De Alistamiento (PDA), convirtiéndose en un trámite poco efectivo cuando se presentan novedades causales de inoperatividad de un vehículo. Esto último, ha provocado retrasos de comunicación entre los actores de la gestión de mantenimiento y las áreas involucradas. El presente proyecto se desarrolla con el fin de sistematizar el proceso de revisión de alistamiento de buses mediante el diseño y programación de una interfaz de usuario en Visual Basic que permita un reporte de novedades estándar, rápido y efectivo. Como resultado de este proyecto y a través de una simulación se obtuvo una herramienta sistematizada que posibilita el reporte de novedades en tiempo real y aporta significativos beneficios en términos de reducción de tiempos, comunicación entre áreas y gestión de datos al incluir diferentes funciones como manejo de bases de datos del Protocolo de alistamiento, revisión de indicadores del proceso, diligenciamiento del formato de revisión, entre otras.

The latter has caused delays in communication between the maintenance management actors and the areas involved in the process. This project is developed with the purpose of systematizing the vehicles readiness review process through the design and programming of a graphic user interface in Visual Basic for Applications that allows a standard, fast and effective report of new events.
