The contributions realized from theempiric through the execution of assisted intervention process duringfour semesters, are compared with the theory from the critical pedagogyelaborated in Spain inside the Movements of Pedagogic Renovation(MRPs) and of the offer of Freire´s liberating and dialogic education.This with the purpose of sitting the bases of a strategy to put in relationthe implementation of university learning processes generated fromthe approach of the action - research, the curricular innovation and theprofessional educational development.Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación realizadaen la Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana (UNEG), ubicadaen el estado Bolívar (Venezuela), destinada a monitorear el proceso degeneración de competencias de emprendedurismo en estudiantes universitarios.Los aportes realizados desde la empiria mediante la ejecución deprocesos de intervención asistida durante cuatro semestres son contrastadoscon los referentes teóricos de la pedagogía crítica elaborados enEspaña dentro de los Movimientos de Renovación Pedagógica (MRPs) yde la propuesta de educación liberadora y dialógica de Freire.
