Summary:This article presents the results of an research realized in the NationalExperimental University of Guayana (UNEG) located in Bolivar state (Venezuela),destined to follow the process of generation of enterpreneurshipcompetences in university students. The contributions realized from theempiric through the execution of assisted intervention process duringfour semesters, are compared with the theory from the critical pedagogyelaborated in Spain inside the Movements of Pedagogic Renovation(MRPs) and of the offer of Freire´s liberating and dialogic education.This with the purpose of sitting the bases of a strategy to put in relationthe implementation of university learning processes generated fromthe approach of the action - research, the curricular innovation and theprofessional educational development.
