La salud mental es una disciplina que, aunque indudablemente es indispensable para el ser, no cuenta aún con los canales suficientes para ser tratada de manera efectiva no solo en Colombia sino el mundo. Se han identificado problemas tanto sociales como técnicos al momento de implementar estrategias resolutivas. Por ejemplo, quienes desean acudir a estos servicios son juzgados por su contexto social o simplemente no cuentan con la suerte de encontrar un especialista que resuelva sus dudas o problemas. Sólo en Colombia, la tasa de suicidios anuales está en 2.350 personas. Un número realmente preocupante, teniendo en cuenta que la gran mayoría de estas personas son jóvenes. Detectamos la necesidad de generar un espacio lo suficientemente seguro para que aquellos que necesiten ayuda puedan conseguirla. Se debía generar ese espacio, pero realizarlo lo suficientemente accesible, con el fin de que cualquier persona en cualquier rango de edad o estrato tuviese la misma facilidad. Este aplicativo móvil nació con el fin de plasmar una huella social en nuestro país, brindándole al usuario final ayuda personalizada e instantánea por parte de especialistas y contenido que se considera relevante para su condición. |

Both social and technical problems have been identified when implementing resolution strategies. For example, those who want to get help are judged by their social surroundings or simply do not have the luck to find a specialist who gives them the help that they need. In Colombia alone, the annual suicide rate is 2,350 people. A really worrying number, considering that most of these people are young. We detected the need to generate a space that is safe enough so that those who need help can reach for it.
