Para ello, es necesario disponer de una óptica particular que hace de un personaje (real, literario, histórico, filosófico, simbólico, etc.) una figura de interpretación que no expone metafísicamente las cosas ni tampoco se dirige hacia ellas fenomenológicamente, sino que las reanima simbólicamente, inspirándole un nuevo aire hermenéutico a la interpretación y un nuevo ángulo para la comprensión.
