This model proposaltries to predict the independent denominated “sources of organizationallearning, subjects of organizational learning, culture for organizationallearning and conditions for organizational learning, In such reason, thiswas necessary to determine the organizational learning as a variable of thestaying power of the organizations through competitive advantages, theopposite will occur for those organizations who still drag aged structuralcharacteristics. In order to locate the administrative implications of theorganizational learning it is precise to briefly characterize the contextwith which this one begins.Este artículo desarrolla una propuesta de modelo teórico del aprendizajeorganizacional. Forma parte de un trabajo dentro de la línea de investigacióndel conocimiento, y específicamente, del proyecto de investigaciónen aprendizaje organizacional. Esta propuesta de modelo intenta predecirla incidencia de las variables independientes: fuentes de aprendizajeorganizacional, sujetos del aprendizaje organizacional, cultura para elaprendizaje organizacional y condiciones para el aprendizaje organizacional.Por lo tanto fue necesario determinar cómo el aprendizaje organizacionales una variable de la perdurabilidad de las organizaciones a través deventajas competitivas; lo contrario acontecerá para aquellas organizacionesque todavía arrastran características estructurales añejas.
