This model proposaltries to predict the independent denominated “sources of organizationallearning, subjects of organizational learning, culture for organizationallearning and conditions for organizational learning, In such reason, thiswas necessary to determine the organizational learning as a variable of thestaying power of the organizations through competitive advantages, theopposite will occur for those organizations who still drag aged structuralcharacteristics. In order to locate the administrative implications of theorganizational learning it is precise to briefly characterize the contextwith which this one begins.
