Summary: | Companies couldn’t be socially responsible if their actions are notreflected first of all on their employees and families, providing thebest work conditions and an effective gain - gain relationship.For that reason, it is the interest of this article to analyze, theapplication of the social responsibility, in the human resources managementpractices such as: hiring, training and development, compensationand benefits, occupational health and labor & social welfare, which onehundred nineteen companies from different sizes and sectors have beendeveloping with the employees.The final results determine that, even though there has been advanceand many Pymes have assumed their Social Responsibility on the internaldimension, it is still necessary more sensitization, good practicesdiffusion and improving some Human Talent Management processes inthis type of organizations. |
