Summary: | From the 1990s the Colombian government began to implement laws to encouragethe emergence of agencies and programs to support the creation of new business. Todaythere are general and specific norms as laws and instruments unknown by many people.This paper presents the findings of researches about entrepreneurial activity regulationin Colombia as well as instruments of support used. We use the institutional economictheory, specifically North (1990). The information is collected from 30 interviews andofficial documents. In general, the existent regulation in addition to being scattered isunclear and unspecific. |
