As a result,it is proposed a classification of measuring methods found and it is stated an evolutive structure inmeasuring human capital management (operative, strategic and of value contribution measure).This classification assures different roles to human capital management: efficient manager, strategiccontributor, and business partner.El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar los diferentes enfoques existentes para medirel impacto de la gestión del capital humano en los resultados de negocio, con base en lainvestigación bibliográfica y experiencias del autor. Se muestran 4 enfoques: los estudiosde correlación de las prácticas de capital humano con los resultados financieros de las empresas;la medición de la contribución estratégica del capital humano; los indicadores deimpacto económico del capital humano a nivel de la empresa y los métodos de medicióndel impacto de intervenciones o programas.
