La reagrupación familiar en la sociedad española desde una perspectiva latinoamericana/The familiar regrouping in the spanish company from a latin-american perspective

La investigación se encuentra orientada a realizar un estudio de la reagrupación familiar, en ese marco, a manera de introducción se realizará un análisis de esta figura en el ámbito social, se identificarán los inconvenientes que tienen los familiares reagrupados durante el transcurso de este proceso tanto en el país de origen como en el país receptor. Luego de ello, se efectuará un estudio analítico e interpretativo de la figura jurídica de la reagrupación familiar. En ese contexto, abordaremos el tema; primero, desde la legislación internacional, y posteriormente desde la legislación española, esto con la finalidad de determinar si su regulación hace viable el proceso de la reunificación de la familia, o si por el contrario dificulta su realización. Y para concluir, realizaremos un breve enfoque sobre las características de la estructura familiar en Latinoamérica, con el objetivo de comparar si existen similitudes con la sociedad española y si esto hace factible el proceso de reagrupación familiar. SUMMARY The investigation is orientated to realize a study of the familiar regrouping, in this frame, like introduction there will be realized an analysis of this figure in the social area, there will be identified the disadvantages that have the relatives regrouped during the course of this process both in the native land and in the country recipient. After it, there will be effected an analytical and interpretive study of the juridical figure of the familiar regrouping. In this context, we will approach the topic; first, from the international legislation, and later from the Spanish legislation, this with the purpose of determining if his regulation makes viable the process of the reunification of the family, or if on the contrary it impedes his accomplishment. And to conclude, we will realize a brief approach on the characteristics of the familiar structure in Latin America, with the aim to compare if similarities exist with the Spanish company and if this makes feasible the process of familiar regrouping.
