In this case, the area of attention relapses into the current ofthe leadership, which so much echo has had in the practices of the organizationand which deserves an arrested examination of his suppositions,from the idea that is had of this concept.Este artículo es resultado de la investigación que respecto al pragmatismoen las organizaciones viene realizando el grupo de investigaciónde la Facultad de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Autónomadel Caribe.
