That, affecting 22.3% of ourpopulation but had stopped on July the 11th2007 by sentencefor being unconstitutional C-521 of 2007 of the ConstitutionalCourt.El Régimen de Seguridad Social en Colombia, Ley 100 de 1993, preceptuaba en el artículo 163 que para acceder a los servicios de salud, en el caso de las parejas formadas por unión marital de hecho o vínculo natural de vivir en unión libre, como beneficiario de un cotizante del régimen contributivo POS (Plan Obligatorio de Salud), tenían como requisito la convivencia superior a dos años.
