Summary: | The classical analysis of work relationships has arisen from the division of roles and functions homologating the relationship to an interchange of merchandise. Starting from the theories of human relationships in labor surroundings, this analysis is approached from within the idea of communication as an interchange of messages. Now, besides analyzing a working group for what it does, or for how it does it, it can also be studied for how its members interrelate among themselves within the same acts of work. Thus communication becomes a protagonist, constituting by itself a dynamical process: in the action or manner in which an individual or an institution transfers messages and information to another individual or institution, situated in an epoch and a given point, according to diverse motivations and utilizing elements of knowledge which both have in common. |
