On the contrary, it is a reflection which leads to conciliating prospective mother and prospective baby. Both should have the same opportunity, the former to decide about her We, and the latter to be developed without any kind of obstacle. Once there are social alternatives in Colombia for taking care of children, the decision could be also shared with the government. If there were not such possibilities, as the woman is the one who will have the responsibility for her children, they should be the ones to decide about aborting or not. It is not abortion specifically, but the right to decide which is granted to women by Constitution, so they could freely develop their personalities |
