Summary: | Open innovation processes employ the co-creation of value for the interaction and collaboration between internal and external agents to the organization. The use of information and communication technologies enables stakeholders distributed geographically and with time constraints to express their ideas anywhere and anytime. Particularly, social networks emerge as an interesting alternative in co-creation, due to they facilitate the involvement of groups identified with the same needs and problems. They also encourage the dynamic exchange of experience in contexts of different kinds of complexity. This research proposes a protocol to select a social network according to specific application scenarios of cocreation of value. The initiative is validated by a real case where is evident that the use of a social network for collective construction promotes synergy between heterogeneous stakeholders. |
