Description
Summary:This article makes a reflection over a complex matter which is the conceptual grounds of Human Rights. It presents a historical-geographical compilation where it expounds over the various possibilities of conceptual grounds, without choosing any in specific. The importance of the philosophical argument should be acknowledged, despite being rejected by some postures such as those non-cognitive without failing to recognize the work towards the guarantee or the protection mechanisms of the human rights. Parting from Philosophy, it is possible to scrutinize and reflect with criticism over diverse aspects to be considered when studying the conceptual grounds of Human Rights.
