Said tool can be easily implemented, as it is shown in its practical application to the analysis of innovation in the city of MedellÃn, Colombia. In the past, MedellÃn was associated with drug trafficking and destruction and today is considered the most innovative city in the world. By applying the proposed tool to the innovation case of MedellÃn, it is possible to analyze and understand how this transformation was possible in the city of MedellÃn and how the myth of management is an intermediary between the myth of referenceâ paradigm of the pastâ and the organizational mythâ associated with organizational goals. © Common Ground Research Networks, Manuela Escobar-Sierra, Felipe Calderon-Valencia.enghttps://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85078558557&doi=10.18848%2f2327-8013%2fCGP%2fv19i02%2f15-32%28Article%29&partnerID=40&md5=2283db62cc2c207508ac0f036d51fc851921532Escobar-Sierra, M.Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, University of MedellinColombiaemail: manuelaescobar@gmail.comOrganizational CulturesBibliometric AnalysisColombiaInnovation in the City of MedellÃnMyth of ManagementMyth of ReferenceOrganizational GoalOrganizational MythA tool for the interpretation of organizational myths: The case of innovation in the City of MedellÃn, ColombiaArticleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articlehttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_2df8fbb1Administración de Empresas;DerechoFacultad de Derecho;Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y AdministrativasEscobar-Sierra, M., Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, University of Medellin, Medellin, Colombia; Calderon-Valencia, F., Faculty of Law, University of Medellin, Medellin, Colombia; Valencia-Delara, P., Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, University of Medellin, Medellin, Colombiahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_16ecEscobar-Sierra M.Calderon-Valencia F.Valencia-Delara P.11407/5763oai:repository.udem.edu.co:11407/57632020-05-27 19:09:56.722Repositorio Institucional Universidad de Medellinrepositorio@udem.edu.co |
