In 25 years, all Colombians were covered by the system, but there are many voices that denounce their crisis. Using a descriptive-analytical methodology it was possible to conclude that we have reached universality, but we have an inefficient system. Análisis técnico-científico. Consulta a pacientes potencialmente afectados.
