description This article identifies key information and communication technologies (ICT) used in the international negotiation process, classifying them by phases and functionality. A literature review was conducted in recognized and high impact databases, building with this information a proposal of phases for the international negotiation process, and characterizing ICT by elements such as functionality, business tools, complexity and scope of use, among others. We conclude that there is a wide range of ICT to support the stages of international negotiations, offering various solutions to the specific needs of each company regarding to the management of information and communication. © 2015 Universidad ICESI.
