| Summary: | Software production is an increasingly important economic activity; in Latin America, this sector is made up of 99% of SMEs. This highlights the importance of the implementation of Software Engineering best practices in SMEs to improve their productivity. The goal of this article is to present an analysis of project management techniques and tools.
