| Summary: | Plan Padrinos program of the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente (UAO) has as one of its objectives the accompanying students who enter of the first time to college and come from other cities and countries. It is program that contributes to the social, academic and psychological adaptation of students of firts entry. Plan Padrinos, coordinated by students are the bridge between the godfathers and godmothers, designed and built around a timetable to the good children of thath promotion. For this reason, Plan Padrinos program consisrt of a logistical and administrative fee. However, these roles have been under apurely experiential componet, which are based on generations past the coordination fo the program and the transfer of information is completely disordered. Leading activities processes to not be comply fully. Therefore, it is pertinent that the information coordinators who leave office and which asume for the first time, be clear for their respective implementation. Then, with the situation mentioned above is relevant to propose a solution through instructional graphic design, demonstrating through an operations manual processes, where systemtize the administrative processes necessary and the logistic processes of the Plan Padrinos program. Whit this graphics resource, put in chrge of coordinators, students can support during the performance of the activities of the program. This Plan Padrinos program will have tolos where you experience graphically operational processes of the same activities, generanting a correct intervention and of course, compliance with the prorgram for godchildren and goddaughter. |
