The sports journalism in Colombia has had an evolution in diverse areas, from the channel or way in which the information is transmitted, to the professional that emits it. With the passing of time, women have entered this field and have managed to position themselves, and maintain their credibility, despite the obstacles that may arise. This study arises from the absence of antecedents referring to the contribution generated by women in the issuance and construction of sports information, thus being a foundation for future research that aims to enhance all the knowledge capital that women have in this field, and that the journalistic work that is rigorously exercised is more a question of discipline, dedication, immersion, analysis, research, what goes intrinsic regardless of gender. In the present investigation, the entire content creation process developed by the woman, her role and the contribution she generates in the Win Sports channel, the only medium in Colombia specialized in the transmission of sports information, is evident. To this end, 13 interviews were conducted, five of which were staff directly linked to the channel, and eight to journalists who currently work on Canal Caracol, RCN, and ESPN. They were selected because they have an extensive career and recognition in the guild of journalism and sports presentation |

Con el paso del tiempo la mujer ha incursionado en este campo y ha logrado posicionarse, y mantener su credibilidad, a pesar de los obstáculos que se le pueden presentar. Este estudio surge por la ausencia de antecedentes referentes al aporte que genera la mujer en la emisión y construcción de información deportiva, siendo así una cimiente para futuras investigaciones que tengan como objetivo realzar todo el capital de conocimiento que tiene la mujer en este campo, y que la labor periodística que se ejerce con rigurosidad es más una cuestión de disciplina, dedicación inmersión, análisis, investigación qué va intrínseco sin importar el género. En la presente investigación se evidencia todo el proceso de creación de contenidos desarrollado por la mujer, su rol y el aporte que genera en el canal Win Sports, único medio en Colombia especializado en la transmisión de información deportiva. Para ello se llevaron a cabo 13 entrevistas, cinco de esas fueron a personal vinculado directamente al canal, y ocho a periodistas que actualmente trabajan en el Canal Caracol, RCN, y ESPN.
