Summary:With the passage of time, most organizations have had diversification of the functional areas in order to focus on the subordinates in the characteristics, which are specialists or at least manage in an optimal way. It also seeks to have guidelines where people achieve the goal of a position through documents that lead to achieve and fulfill their work in a better way, for this many organizations have seen the need to formalize their processes through international standards that achieve certify that the processes are taking place in an effective manner. For this, the company Emblue BTL in the search of a continuous improvement manages to certify its operative processes in the search of the efficiency for its company. However, the company forgot that all companies operate like a clock, each area represents a vital gear for the operation of the same, from the person of the toilet to the CEO of a company, for this reason the object of this work is to formalize a part of that gear which is the flow of income and expenses where all current assets of the company or at least the majority are concentrated, all in order to complement the acquired certification and provide better results to the board of directors.
