Summary: | The Bonanza Natural Reserve, located in the village Peñas Negras in the small town of Puente Vélez, which belongs to the municipality of Jamundí, has a great tourism potential due to its great biological diversity; In addition, it is located within the strategic territory of ecological moderation and is part of the Farallones de Cali National Natural Park, which highlights its ecological and environmental importance. As a result of this, the objective of this project is to "formulate a Tourist Management Plan for the Bonanza Nature Reserve", which includes a general characterization of the area, highlighting the relevant aspects of the area, including the wildlife inventory and flora, which is very important to identify threatened species such as the black oak (Colombo Balanus Excelsa); the marteja (Aotus Lemorius), among other species that add importance and that make it necessary to ensure its conservation. Also, the load capacity of the ecosystem was calculated, which is known as the maximum limit to which the population in an area can be extended, where for the Bonanza reserve a maximum limit of 30 visits per day was established. Another component of great importance for the formulation of the plan is the interpretive path, which functions as an organizational tool for the Bonanza circuit path. In conclusion, the Bonanza reserve has great tourist attractions and is a great alternative as a source of research, ecotourism promotion, community work, social inclusion which would contribute to the development of the municipality and the conservation of the ecosystem. |
