Summary:The objective of this work is to formulate the business plan for the creation of the enoteca Mr.Mrs.Drinking a business inspired by the social activities of Italy, which seeks to bring to Santiago de Cali the experience of learning to enjoy wine, in a environment that promotes the culture that accompanies it, focused on a market of people over 18 years old. The business is characterized by offering a high variety of wines, from different countries, different tastes, ages and no other kind of beverage; also small accompaniments designed to make a good pairing with wine. The market segment that has been preliminarily identified is persons over 18 years old living in the city of Santiago de Cali and its socio-economic stratum being superior to 4. The value proposition is to offer a complete experience of comfort, exclusivity, high status that makes reference to the Italian culture of good drinking accompanied by classical music, opera, jazz that can be enjoyed in the streets of the most important Italian cities, hand in hand with high quality wines, that make the moment enjoyable. The innovation of the proposal is in the offer of a specialized site that offers a complete experience, from its physical structure, through its service and products to the setting, that inspired de slogan of the place "Live the experience"
