Description
Summary:Ana Lucia Bermúdez S.A.S. will be dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of garments for women that are versatile and can be used in different areas of life, whether for a casual, elegant, work, among others. Focused on women between 20 and 39 years of age who have high purchasing power and like to dress with style and designer clothes. The textile and apparel sector in Colombia, specifically the fashion system, is one of the most important sectors of the Colombian economy since it is equivalent to 6% of the Gross Domestic Product and represents about 24% of the country's employment, the market for garments of dressing for women in the year 2017 was estimated at approximately $ 8,402 billion. To enter this market, two distribution channels will be used; through E-commerce (social networks and web page) and physical multi-brand stores for Fashion designers. The strategy aims to incorporate social media (mainly Instagram) to create strong relationships with customers and foster loyalty, and interact with new channels, formats or income models given that social media has a strong impact, and Purchases of goods and services on websites grew by 14% in 2017 ($ 14.6 billion) according to the figures presented by the Colombian e-commerce chamber. During the first year, 7 direct and 2 indirect jobs will be generated (specialized workshops). As the sales and market objectives are met. Labor plays an essential role, both in the approach and investment and in business development. In any type of garment, the added value that gives the manpower especially for embroidery, is very high. Consequently, it is clear that the competition strategy should focus on quality, innovation, fashion and not price. Despite the threats and weaknesses that may arise in the start-up of the business, it is considered that these can easily be counteracted by the opportunities presented by the market, and the strengths of the brand, since the collections developed by ANALUCIA BERMUDEZ S.A.S. has a great differentiator in its designs against competitors, taking into account that not only shows cuts, trends, colors, among others; rather, it seeks to tell a story with each garment it presents, where a message can be carried to society about social and environmental responsibility, thus creating a need or a specific differentiation with the type of client we want to address. In this way the company would be supplying the consumer trends in the fashion field, offering garments with the best quality, innovative designs, leaving a legacy with social and environmental responsibility
