Summary: | Global trends of the companies are now focused towards the control of productivity, directed both external and internal customer service, and profitability of the business, giving great weight to the tracking and focus indicators management. Taking into account the importance that has this issue, the ABC company must set an improvement plan in productivity, with strategies that will allow continuous improvement, process tracking and the standardization of activities conducted in the secondary packaging for Pharma and food lines area, in such a way, the company improve their level of competitiveness and adaptation in the market. In the development of this project an external and internal analysis was performed to identify the relevant variables that affect the company. Taking into account, the information collected were developed evaluation matrices: DOFA and MAFE; to identify the current opportunities for change at the company, resulting in the development of strategies aimed at improving productivity, the use of better materials MRP and the same way planning system strategies to increase the volume of production, with the purpose of complying with the goals set for the company. |
