Description
Summary:This is the story about the life of three women who have suffered the armed conflict in Colombia in the flesh. Maria Eugenia, Elena and Monica we’re displaced of their territories and find themselves forced to move around several parts of the country. They’re from different regions but they shared something in common: they have never been defeated. They are women that healed themselves and now work for the peace. They don’t feel bitterness, they have forgiven. For a long time they were silent, but now they decide to speak. The war was created by men, but victims are more women. This is a compilation of narratives of women, investigated and written from a gender perspective that will take the reader inside the lives of them with text, maps and photographs. Here you will know the history of a country through these three women that missed everything and made a new beginning in Cali, the capital city of Valle Del Cauca
