| Summary: | In the development of the strategic formulation for the real estate Vasham Inversiones S.A.S. they are able to develop strong bases towards the company in order to optimally manage business operations and customer service in real time and timely; Some areas in which it can be implemented are: management, financial, human management, customer service, relations with suppliers and creditors, management and administration of supplies or supply chain, demonstrating the level of scope it has in the organization. The environment in which the real estate is surrounded, provides information where the good management of this can mean the difference between success or failure. In the exercise of external consultancy to know how the real estate market of the city of Santiago de Cali is formed, where it is expected to have reliable information that allows you to evaluate the possibility of implementing this strategic plan addressed to said public and proceed with the activities and strategies necessary to carry out the project correctly. The consultancy was specifically constituted in the analysis of the current situation of the real estate Vasham Inversiones S.A.S. by reviewing the supply of services, carrying out operational activities, strategic planning, management results from previous years, relationship with the business sector and identification of direct competition; allowing to diagnose the variables that can hinder or enable the implementation of new services on the same market |
