Estructura del sistema de gestión ambiental para la Dirección Ambiental Regional Suroriente de la Corporación Autónoma Regional – CVC con sede en Palmira, Valle del Cauca

The present work proposed the structure of the environmental management system for the Regional Environmental Directorate south-eastern of the Regional Autonomous Corporation - CVC with headquarters in Palmira, Valle del Cauca. This process was carried out through the collection of information for the preparation of the initial environmental review that allowed the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects, and the applicability and compliance with legal requirements was identified and determined. Based on this, the necessary requirements were met to address the establishment of the environmental policy and environmental management programs were subsequently established, as an instrument to integrate environmental objectives and goals, and each stage of the process was finally documented to ensure the effectiveness of the planning. The result is the conclusion of the proposal for the structure of the environmental management system, the formulation of four environmental programs focused on significant environmental aspects such as water, energy, solid waste and raw materials and the establishment of environmental goals and targets addressed to the continuous improvement
