| Summary: | This project shows the development of the Safety and Health at Work Management System in the CREACIONES JEREMY garments company, which did not have a Health and Safety at Work Management System implemented; The development consisted of following the guidelines and structure of the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 45 of 2012 and Decree 1072 of 2015, which is the regulations currently in force in Colombia and is mandatory. The development of the project began with an evaluation of the current situation of the company in terms of health and safety at work, which showed that the company is behind in these issues, its documentation and implementation. The policy and objectives of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System were proposed, which senior management must approve and then be disclosed to all employees for their knowledge, compliance and work to achieve the proposed objectives. Then, an identification of the hazards was made, the evaluation and assessment of the risks taking as guide the GTC 45. After the initial evaluation, of the identification of hazards and of the assessment and assessment of the risk, the design of the system was carried out, starting with the creation of the annual work plan, continuing with the induction and reinduction training program, conformation of the watchman and work coexistence committee, and, ending with the investigation procedure of incidents and accidents, as well as preventive actions or corrective to take into consideration. |
