Summary:Marza Repuestos S.A.S is a spare parts and auto parts for vehicles located in the municipality of Yumbo, Valle, despite of having a long of time in the marketplace hasn't been successful expanding its activities to a new markets or focal points around the city. For that reason, it will develop a strategic direction plan, in order to improve its work, creating and exploring new market opportunities to achieve greater competitiveness in the market. In the first place, the company will be diagnosed to allow clarify its current situation, know and define what the barriers that interfere with its development and expansion are, for this purpose; will apply different questionnaires and interviews, in order to make the SWOT Analysis. Then, a strategic plan will be develop, where the corporative elements will be designed and defined, creating goals and strategies that are expected to reach. In this order of ideas, the next step is focusing on human resources administration, without the workers supports it is impossible that this process have a success. Consequently, the function manuals, characterization and process map will be created. Lastly, an integral scorecard will be created to allow align objectives along with strategies and managements indicators to measuring each performance activity. Those will help the manager to know what area is failing and take assertive decision and fix them. In this way, respond to the needs of the market being more competitive than our competitors
