Summary:The peaceful corridor of Valle del Cauca has excellent natural characteristics for scientific nature tourism, because the biodiversity of the area is a key source for research and development of territorial activities, which are in favor of education, conservation and scientific growth of many of those interested in these issues and in addition to the region, and the country. Respectively the pacific vallecaucano is a wealth in the eyes of tourists, as more and more people are interested in activities that are related to nature, where it is possible to have a contact between man and the environment, generating sensitivity and respect. A bibliographic search was carried out in university and academic search engines such as the database of the Autonomous University of the West, which makes it possible to take as reference different publications that cover the subject of scientific nature tourism for the pacific vallecaucano and other regions of the world. Therefore, the present work resulted in the creation of a baseline of bibliographic information on scientific nature tourism for the peaceful corridor of Valle del Cauca, allowing to expand knowledge and be the guide for other works aimed at this subject. Finally, the ecosystem importance of the peaceful corridor of the Cauca Valley was determined both for the region and for the world, characterizing it as a majestic place where the preservation and preservation of the environment and all the individuals that inhabit it must be encouraged
