Summary:The tourism marketing plan for Ladrilleros focuses on the design of strategies that will allow Ladrilleros is chosen as a tourist destination and thus to increase the flow of tourists to which discusses its tourism environment to establish the objective and the marketing strategies that would attract tourists to Ladrilleros, becomes the plan of action and finally defines the budge. The type of study of this marketing plan is mixed exploratory in nature and conclusive with qualitative approach, the primary sources that were used in this research were university students (respondents), and secondary sources which were taken from reports desk and statisticians from entities such as the DANE, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, national parks, among others. During the conduct of the investigation, it was found that despite that Ladrilleros has a lot of potential tourist, since in this place there are beaches, waterfalls, estuaries, among other natural wealth, its gastronomic variety and welcoming people; there are no strategies to promote aggressive to attract tourists to this region of the Colombian Pacific. Found difficulty in regard to the collection of information deep of Ladrilleros, since in Buenaventura is not information to particular level of the area due to the secretary manages global information of the tourists that go to the beaches, or people who are mobilized by paying for the touristic pier
