Summary:The work developed has the objective of proposing an export route from Colombia to countries in the region, which allows the company Fundimos TYC Ltda. To internationalize its market and diversify its products to increase the percentage of sales during the period June 2018 - June 2019 The methodology was descriptive, with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), from primary and secondary sources. The phases of the investigation begin with the collection of the information, followed by the analysis of the same, identifying the product or products to offer, as well as the costs of them; the construction of the export route plan was carried out, with data on the type of client, product demand, nationalization costs, taxes, costs in the country of origin and in the country selected from the selection matrix developed; to finally present the final report that corresponds to the development of each of the proposed objectives, as well as the conclusions and recommendations of the case
