Desarrollo de un sistema de información del desempeño de los docentes en la Universidad Autónoma De Occidente

At universidad Autonoma de Occidente, we identified the need to improve the effectiveness of the process for reviewing the performance of teachers, because it was being carried out through Excel documents, which made accessibility to the 0information itself, including feedbacks and the results of surveys conducted by students on their performance way too difficult. Similarly, it prevents having a traceability or history on each of the teachers. It was carried out the development of an information system whose objective is to improve this process through the centralization of the information of the teachers and their courses, as well as the high accessibility through search windows with selective filters. On the other hand, a view is provided, in which comparisons can be made at the level of results of student surveys by teacher, academic period, subject, etc. Access to the system is also provided through user login, which will allow any person without authorized access to view and modify the stored information
