Summary:The company Presencia S.A.S., is dedicated to providing services under the outsourcing modality, such as maintenance and deep cleaning, cleaning civil works and hard areas, glass cleaning, walls and facades, maintenance of water and swimming pools and crafts. The objective of this work is to elaborate a strategic planning proposal for the cleaning and maintenance units of the company Servicios Presencia S.A.S., guided to the improvement of the quality of its services. The study or descriptive research is used, this allows to extract descriptions from techniques such as observation, structured / semi-structured interview, field notes, written records of all kinds. The study showed that the company has a broad portfolio of services, however it is also evident that some of these have a low performance which does not allow them to generate significant profitability, which in turn leads to underutilization of available capacity. The formulated strategies allow to improve the performance in the commercial, improve in the aspects that have been configured as weaknesses and at the same time take advantage of the strengths. The ultimate goal is to improve financial performance, obtaining higher sales and more profitability
