Summary:Internal communication for organizations is increasingly relevant because companies have become aware that in order to be directed towards meeting goals, it is essential to have the support of collaborators. Similarly, employee welfare directly affects the well-being of the organization and internal communication is a tool of vital importance to generate that well-being. This degree work arose from the need of the COMFAORIENTE Family Compensation Fund to continuously improve. This organization aims to be characterized by the quality in the provision of its services and this depends on the internal client who requires a good communication to carry out its work, from this originates this work of degree that has as a general objective, to make a diagnosis of internal communication in the COMFAORIENTE Family Compensation Fund and as specific objectives: identify the strengths, weaknesses of the internal communication that COMFAORIENTE has with its employees; analyze the content of the internal communication means of the company COMFAORIENTE and propose strategies and tactics of internal communication for COMFAORIENTE. Throng internal communication provides opportunities for development, coordination and fulfillment of the organization's objectives. The added value allows collaborators to know their company, identify with it, know what is happening in their work and what their company needs. For this reason, to make the diagnosis of internal communication, first explain what is internal communication, then analyze how it is within the organization, the sources used were workers or employees of the company, which were made a series of questions through the completion of the survey. An interview was also applied to 5 officials linked to the following positions: Human Talent Manager, Quality Management Officer, Head of Promotion and Disclosure, Community Manager of the Corporation and Human Talent Officer. Content analysis was done to the main internal media. Finally, the recommendations are given to counteract, through the communication plan, the weaknesses detected in the diagnosis
