Therefore, it is proposed that some stages of these processes could be developed through artificial intelligence, particularly through the automation of certain phases.Se adelantó una investigación cuyo objetivo fue evaluar la aplicación de la inteligencia artificial en el proceso jurisdiccional, buscando que a través de esta se logrará encontrar un instrumento para contribuir a la descongestión de la administración de justicia.
