This case illustrates how three foundations (Éxito Foundation, Alpina Foundation and ALAS Foundation) helped to coordinate one hundred civil society organizations to influence the Colombian National Development Plan (2018-2022). The case shows that business foundations can play an important role in setting the policy agenda by working as articulators of multiple fragmented actors of civil society. The article details the specific mechanisms used to pursue this articulation through the creation of a policy network known as NiñezYA. This in turn suggests that other foundations and NGOs could use the same strategies to increase their influence in policy making.Este artículo explora las posibilidades y atributos de la gestión de redes (network management) para aumentar la incidencia de las fundaciones empresariales en la agendación de políticas públicas. Este caso ilustra cómo tres fundaciones (la Fundación Éxito, la Fundación Alpina y la Fundación ALAS) se unieron con el propósito de incidir en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (2018-2022) mediante la articulación de cien organizaciones de la sociedad civil en Colombia por medio de la creación de la red de política denominada NiñezYA. El caso demuestra que las fundaciones empresariales pueden cumplir un papel importante en la agendación de una política pública trabajando como articuladoras de las acciones intencionadas de diferentes actores de la sociedad civil.
