The common factor to all of them is that they deal with concrete but complex issues, which forces us to go deeply into the relations between self-defence and necessity, into the division between justification and excuse, or into the limits of the massacre avoidance principle.Se estudian en este trabajo algunos problemas particulares de la antijuridicidad penal, como la legítima defensa que recae sobre tercero, la ponderación entre vidas en estado de necesidad defensivo o la concurrencia de exceso intensivo y error en cuanto al exceso en la legítima defensa.
