Summary: | One of the major constraints of analog holography is the requirement of having the physical object present for hologram recording. This limitation is absent in synthetic holography, which allows for holograms to be generated computationally based on complete information about the object. This research project aims to explore the adoption of synthetic holography, leveraging its primary features as a three-dimensional display. Concurrently, it will compare these features with those of analog holography, a technique previously explored by the research group in earlier projects. |
