Summary: | After characterizing ‘human language’ as one gregarian, collective, and walking around, this paper describes the kind of language prevailing in the so-called ‘excess production’ societies (which are represented by productive organizations).Messages moving individuals and groups to do actions in favor of organizations they belong to are spread in this kind of societies. The author proposes a critical analysis of the fundamentals overlying two basic discourses at both corporations and academia, which are total quality and ongoing improvement. |
