| Summary: | This work is a part of a research project that is still in process. The central theme of this research project revolves around the higher level education reform in Indonesia that was raised in 1999. The objective of this work is to analyze the official provisions on the badan hukum statute in order to understand the meaning of the University autonomy in Indonesia. In this research project, an extensive bibliographic analysis is carried out and then a field work is carried out between 2015 and 2017 where a survey is conducted with individual interviews with key people. |
