In this regard, this article aims to identify public agricultural development policies focused on the oil palm sector in Indonesia that become referents for social inclusion in Colombia in the post-conflict scenario, based on a comparative approach of public policy.Indonesia demuestra la importancia de generar sinergias entre los diferentes eslabones de la cadena productiva de aceite de palma a través de sus políticas públicas, con el fin de crear oportunidades en cuanto al acceso de bienes y servicios, capacitación y oportunidades de crecimiento principalmente a los pequeños campesinos. Este modelo podría ser implementado para el desarrollo agrícola de Colombia en el actual contexto de posconflicto.
