In this research project, a bibliographic analysis and field work are carried out between 2015 and 2017, where individual surveys of key people are carried out. The research thoroughly examines data from the University of Indonesia.Este trabajo es una parte de un proyecto de investigación que aún está en proceso. El tema central del proyecto de investigación gira en torno de la reforma educativa que se planteó en 1999 y los cambios que se presentan en las Instituciones de Educación Superior públicas durante 2000 y 2017 en Indonesia. El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar los impactos de los cambios que han hecho las IES públicas ante la reforma educativa relacionados con calidad y equidad en la educación y la comercialización del conocimiento universitario. En este proyecto de investigación se hace un análisis bibliográfico y un trabajo de campo entre 2015 y 2017 en donde se realizan encuestas individuales a personas claves.
